There is no need to settle for an ankle-deep or even knee-deep experience of Christ-centered joy. The Apostle Paul wrote the epistle to the Philippians to help us discover the fullness of joy we can have in Christ. The phrase “in Christ” is employed throughout the book to help believers in Christ rejoice in living for Christ, serving Christ, knowing Christ, and relying on Christ. Our prayer is that we will experience transformative joy as we understand in a deeper way what it means to be in Christ.
