MCO exists to glorify God by training a new generation of health care providers to bring the healing of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. MCO is a discipleship-based nondenominational ministry focusing on sharing the good news of Jesus to students at the Medical College of Georgia, establishing new believers in the faith and equipping believers to bring the gospel to the world through health-care.
MCO has a corporate time of prayer, small group Bible studies and Sunday School that meet each week for students and health care professionals.
Every Tuesday morning from 7 – 7:45 a.m. at 1053 Chafee Avenue, students and health professionals gather for a short time of worship and brief devotional followed by prayer for the MCG campus.
MCO meets each Sunday morning from 9:45 – 10:45 in Murphy Hall. This is a time of fellowship, worship and teaching of God’s Word applied to students and health professionals.
Bible studies meet throughout the year for the various disciplines and classes. For further information visit the Bible Study page of the MCO website.
The Chafee House is the men’s ministry house and the location for many MCO events including weekly prayer time. It is located at 1053 Chafee Avenue, Augusta, 30901.
