Young adults are vital to the mission of the Church. These men and women will be the church’s next generation of leaders. Our Young Adult community seeks to allow people in their 20s and 30s, whether single or married, in college or the workforce, to connect with each other, connect with others in the church, grow as disciples of Jesus and serve in the church and the community.
In addition to regular morning and evening worship, the Young Adults have monthly Prayer & Praise nights. These Monday evening events have extended time of fellowship followed by a time of worship.
We provide opportunities to build community within this demographic and for the church at large.
Fellowship Events: The Young Adults ministry hosts several events throughout the year. Events include the annual Friendsgiving Dinner, trivia nights, and outings to baseball games and other local events.
Retreats: We have two annual retreats with the goal of providing concentrated time in God’s word and worship with others and building deeper relationships with one another.
The systematic study of the Word of God is necessary, foundational, and central for every believer, and it should result in changed lives. We believe that this transformation happens in the context of relationships and seek to not only study God’s Word but to offer mentorship and friendship to help one another walk more faithfully with Jesus.
Young Adult Sunday School: This is a great way to connect with young adults in the church, although you are welcome to attend any class you’d like. We meet at 9:45 a.m. for fellowship and teaching begins at 10 a.m. Find out more here.
Bible Studies: Bible studies allow you to go deeper into God’s Word with a smaller group of people. Bible studies meet at various times throughout the week, and typically once a month all of the Young Adult groups will meet together for a social event. Find out more here.
