Children

In keeping with our larger church's mission, the Children's Ministry at First Presbyterian Church desires to restore people and rebuild places as we nurture our covenant children, equip our parents, and reach unchurched children and
parents with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Children's Classroom Release Form: for parents of children in Pre-K – 2nd grades

9 a.m. Children in Pre-K – 4th grade exit worship for Catechism Class (Kindergarten-4th) and Worship & Story Time (Pre-K)
In Catechism Class, children review and recite the Westminster Shorter Catechism with the goal of memorizing a set of the questions each year. The doctrines of the reformed faith are beautifully scattered throughout the entirety of the Bible. The Westminster Shorter Catechism accurately summarizes those doctrines so that our children can know how to express what they believe.
